Well, I didn´t saw the 4MB movie, but only a tip... SOUND is the normal problem! Try to convert the MP3 files in WAV and put the wav file in your movie... The file size gets down!

yea its not a real flash movie but i did make it with poser 4 i did all of the work so its still my hard work it took me an hour and a half to do that sequence in poser 4
